Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Vastram is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available in three terms: 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for a new term automatically once your current one ends. Under Indian e-mandate regulations, you will be notified at least 24 hours prior to any recurring debit made via UPI Autopay or card mandate.

2. Free Trial

New shops on the web app can start a 14-day free trial of the 12-Month plan (₹9,999). The trial is limited to one per phone number or email address, and is currently available on the web app only.

To start the trial you authorize a card or UPI Autopay mandate. We take a ₹5 verification payment, which is refunded to you automatically. No other amount is charged during the 14 days.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, ₹9,999 is charged automatically to that payment method when the 14 days are over, and the 12-Month plan then continues as normal. We will remind you inside the app before the trial ends, and you will be notified at least 24 hours before the debit as described in section 1.

You can cancel during the trial at any time from the Subscription screen in the app. You keep full access until the trial end date, and you are not charged ₹9,999.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from Shop Settings in the app — no need to contact us. If you subscribed on mobile, you can also manage it directly through the App Store or Play Store. If email is easier for you, you can instead write to [email protected] and we'll process your cancellation within 24 hours. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Vastram until the end of your current paid term. We do not prorate cancellations.

4. Refunds

New subscriptions: Once a term (3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month) is activated, that charge is non-refundable — you're welcome to cancel at any time so the plan doesn't renew again, but the current term itself runs to completion.

Renewals: If you forget to cancel before your plan auto-renews into a new term, or before your free trial turns into the paid 12-Month plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of that charge. After 7 days, the charge is strictly non-refundable.
