Is there a free trial or free tier?

There is no free plan: to keep Vastram reliable and ad-free, the app needs an active subscription — 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month — to use the dashboard and create bookings. New shops on the web app can try the 12-Month plan free for 14 days. You authorize a card or UPI Autopay mandate, a ₹5 verification payment is refunded automatically, and ₹9,999 is charged when the 14 days end unless you cancel before then. Cancel anytime during the trial and you keep access until it ends, with no charge. One trial per phone number or email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime directly from Shop Settings in the app — no need to contact us. Prefer email? Write to [email protected] and we'll process it within 24 hours. Either way, you'll keep access until the end of your current term. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full detail.
